Newer & Seasonal Routes

Several newer routes that launched late last year are now in full swing for the Winter 2026 season:

  • Breeze Airways: Nonstop service from Raleigh–Durham (RDU) is active for winter, joining their Florida “commuter” routes from Tampa (TPA) and Orlando (MCO). Travelers can also take advantage of BreezeThru options via Akron–Canton (CAK), where you stay on the same plane during a brief stop.
  • Avelo Airlines: The nonstop route from Tweed–New Haven (HVN) operates twice weekly (Wednesdays and Saturdays) through the winter, offering a stress-free gateway for travelers from Connecticut and the broader Tri-State area.
  • JetBlue: Seasonal winter service is officially back, featuring nonstop flights from both Boston (BOS) and New York (JFK).
  • Allegiant Air: Winter service includes St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE), Asheville (AVL), Indianapolis (IND), Sanford (SFB), Cincinnati (CVG), Pittsburgh (PIT), and Knoxville (TYS).
    • Note: Allegiant’s Columbus (LCK) route is scheduled to begin May 21, 2026, making it a perfect option for late-spring and summer travel.
