*A minimum 2-Hour Open Bar package is required for all events.

You may choose purchase a meal for your vendors. The chef’s will choose a plated dinner to serve. Your vendors will not have access to the open bar or additional courses.

Bar Options
Consumption Basis: You will be charged for each drink served to your guests according to your menu specifications. You may choose to have only beer and wine, a full service bar, etc. A 22% service charge & 7.5% tax will be added to the final bill and charged upon the conclusion of event.
Open Bar: You will be charged a flat rate for each person in your party of legal drinking age, regardless of consumption. All guests over the age of 21 are billed. This is billed on a tiered basis (i.e. the first hour is billed at one rate; the second hour is billed at another rate etc.) *Open bars do not include shots.

Domestic Beers include Miller Lite, Bud Lite, Coors Light and Budweiser. House Wine includes Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Soda, Iced Tea and Bottled Water

Lighting
Lighting is required for all venues, with exception of the Tranquility Veranda, for any event that extends more than 30 minutes past the scheduled Sunset time. This must be contracted through a local recommended vendor from the hotel’s preferred vendors list. If you prefer the hotel contract this service on your behalf the sales manager will assist and add the lighting cost to your event invoice.

The Catering Department issues a preferred vendor list with top local musicians, florist, photographers,
Videographers, bakers & officiates upon contracting of event date.

We offer a wide variety of colors and styles. Please consult your Catering Manager for pricing to upgrade linen options.
Fee Schedule
Fees are standard for each event and are in conjunction with the event packages.
- Site Fee | $1500-$5800++
- Chef Attendant | $175+ per 90 minutes
- Additional Bartender or Wait Staff | $175+ each 4 hours
- Gratuity | 25% of Total Bill
- Sales Tax | 7.5% of Total Bill
- Satellite Bar Set up Fee | $250.00++
Payment Schedule:
- $2,000 Non-Refundable Deposit & Signed Contract to Reserve Date
- $2,000.00 Non-Refundable 2nd Deposit Due 90 Days after Contracting
- Final Guest Count & Payment in Full Due 30 days Prior to Event
*If event is contracted 120 days prior – $3,000.00 deposit required to reserve space.
Method of Payment:
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cash, Certified Check, or Personal Checks are accepted. A credit card must be on file for any incidentals that may occur. Payment made by credit card may be subject to a 3% or 3.5% fee.
